A hierarchical dynamic control method, based on model predictive control, for an energy storage system is provided. The method comprises an energy storage system intra-day scheduling method in response to whole-network economic scheduling and an energy storage system real-time control method for stabilizing new energy fluctuation, so as to obtain an accurate energy storage control scheme.
