A novel volute tongue structure, a fan volute, and a fan, relating to the technical field of centrifugal fans, and solving the technical problem that existing volute tongue structures cause centrifugal fans to produce large noise during operation. The device comprises a wave unit (1), wherein a line on the wave unit (1) along a direction parallel to a volute air return axis are non-linear, and there is one wave unit (1); or, there are at least two wave units (1) which are distributed in a direction parallel to the volute air return axis. The novel volute tongue structure reduces noise produced by a centrifugal fan.
