A system using the method for collecting rhizosphere information within full life circles of plants, comprising: a hollow cylinder (1) used for planting plants, a plurality of root growth guide bearing devices (2) for bearing and guiding the growth of plant roots, and root independent growth devices for growing and sampling plant roots; the root growth guide bearing devices (2) are arranged on the side wall of the cylinder (1); the root independent growth devices are respectively provided at one end of the root growth guide bearing device (2) and the bottom of the cylinder (1); each root growth guide bearing device (2) comprises a bearing head (21) and a fixing head (22) fixed at one end of the bearing head (21) and having through holes; each root independent growth device comprises a root independent growth tube (31) and a gas diffusion assembly provided in the root independent growth tube (31); and one end of the root independent growth tube (31) is detachably connected to the fixing head (22), and the other end is closed or open. In this way, real-time sampling of the rhizosphere information within full life circles of plants is realized, and related rhizosphere information of the plant rhizosphere at any moment can be obtained.
