A method for collecting rhizosphere information within full life circles of plants, comprising: plant the plants into plant root growth regions or directly plant into soil; after the plants grow for a period of time, plant roots are automatically led into each root independent growth region by means of root growth guide bearing devices (2); after the plant roots grow into each root independent growth region, sample rhizosphere gas or liquid of the plants at any moment, and perform correlative biochemical analysis on collected gas or liquid samples to further obtain information such as gas content, soil microbe distribution, rhizosphere compounds, and soil element components of the plant roots at the sampling time. A system using the method for collecting rhizosphere information within full life circles of plants, comprising: a hollow cylinder (1) used for planting plants, a plurality of root growth guide bearing devices (2) for bearing and guiding the growth of plant roots, and root independent growth devices for growing and sampling plant roots; the root growth guide bearing devices (2) are arranged on the side wall of the cylinder (1); the root independent growth devices are respectively provided at one end of the root growth guide bearing device (2) and the bottom of the cylinder (1); each root growth guide bearing device (2) comprises a bearing head (21) and a fixing head (22) fixed at one end of the bearing head (21) and having through holes; each root independent growth device comprises a root independent growth tube (31) and a gas diffusion assembly provided in the root independent growth tube (31); and one end of the root independent growth tube (31) is detachably connected to the fixing head (22), and the other end is closed or open. In this way, real-time sampling of the rhizosphere information within full life circles of plants is realized, and related rhizosphere information of the plant rhizosphere at any moment can be obtained.
