A genome vending machine for microorganisms for performing genetic testing for disease and non-disease bacteria according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an input unit for requesting genetic analysis request information and personal information of a sample from a user; a test kit providing unit that provides a genetic test kit suitable for the type and collection method of the sample; a test kit recovery unit for recovering the genetic test kit from which the sample was collected; a genetic testing unit that performs a genetic analysis corresponding to the microbial analysis request information; and an output unit for outputting the genetic analysis result of the genetic test unit to an external server or a user terminal.
