An intelligent drone flight plan establishment method according to the present invention includes the steps of setting a drone type according to drone flight characteristics; a flight area setting step of setting a flight area in which the set drone will fly; a flight path setting step of setting a flight path of the drone by reflecting real-time weather information in the set flight area; an algorithm application step for reflecting the height extracted from the map data on the flight path of the drone to the flight path; a flight plan deriving step of deriving a drone flight plan that reflects a user-set flight height in a flight path according to the map data reflection algorithm; A flight plan storage and drone transmission step of storing the flight plan derived through the flight plan deriving step in a cloud server and transmitting it to the drone; A drone mission performance and flight information collection step of performing a drone mission according to the flight plan and collecting flight information; and a flight result comparison analysis step of comparing and analyzing the flight plan, actual flight result, and simulation flight result.
