A device for preventing position adjustment of a transformer in an open switchboard transformer room, comprising: a case in which a handle insertion part is formed; a position display unit provided in the case to display a test position or an operating position of the transformer truck; a rotating member provided in the case and connected to the position display unit to rotate according to the rotation of the position display unit to open or close the handle insertion unit; and a restraining member positioned adjacent to the rotating member and rotating in the direction of the rotating member or in the opposite direction according to the opening or closing of the door to restrict or release the rotation of the rotating member; It relates to a device for preventing position adjustment of a transformer. In the present invention, when the transformer truck is in the test position or operation position, the restraining member protrudes in the direction of the rotating member in the open state when the door is opened, and the rotation of the rotating member is constrained through the constraining member.
