The present invention relates to a method for producing an enzyme decomposition product of a food material, comprising the step of pulverizing and mixing a mixed solution containing an enzyme, a food material, and water using a high shear mixer. According to the manufacturing method of the present application, the raw material of the food material is used as a whole and at the same time, it is possible to provide a food material enzyme decomposition product containing a high content of the main active ingredients.
