A data collection and analysis system (1) is provided with a communication portion (20) and a data acquiring portion (32). The communication portion (20) collects data indicating an internal state or an operating state of equipment (210a, 210b, 210c). The data acquiring portion (32) acquires the data, synchronized from the communication portion (20) by group, in accordance with setting information in which are set, with respect to channels assigned to the data acquired from the equipment (210a, 210b, 210c), a group for integrating a plurality of channels, a data acquisition timing, which is the timing of data acquisition from the communication portion (20), and a data storage destination.
