A multi-platform permissions unified management method and apparatus, a terminal, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining user information provided by a third-party platform, the user information comprising label information, and the label information being set when the user information is established (S101); receiving at least one label expression fed back by the third-party platform, as well as permissions configured for the label expression (S102); after looking up a target user group corresponding to each label expression, configuring corresponding permissions for each target user group, and obtaining permissions configuration information (S103); and synchronizing the permissions configuration information to the third-party platform (S104). The method makes use of label expressions as well as permissions configured on the basis of label expressions and user label information, so as to allow for different platforms to be able to implement personalized permissions configuration. The method can be applied in areas such as smart government services, smart city management, smart communities, smart security and protection, smart logistics, smart medical treatment, smart education, smart environmental protection, and smart traffic, thus promoting the construction of smart cities.
