A method, system and apparatus for analyzing a nonlinear constitutive relationship of a negative Poisson's ratio structure. The method comprises: acquiring a cell of a concave honeycomb structure (S01); carrying out deformation analysis on the cell (S02); obtaining a correction factor according to a deformation analysis result (S03); establishing a nonlinear constitutive relationship of the concave honeycomb structure according to the correction factor (S04); and designing and producing a corresponding structure according to the nonlinear constitutive relationship (S05). By using the method, design, production and manufacturing processes can be more convenient and faster in a scenario where there is a special requirement for a material or a structure, thereby further reducing a design cycle of a product. Compared with a numerical method and an experimental method in the prior art, the method has a better calculation precision and scope of application.
