PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method, and a program for growing workers and a recording medium which can grow workers according to their levels of skill.;SOLUTION: A worker growing device includes: a work content acquisition unit for acquiring the content of work that a worker executed; a perception information acquisition unit for acquiring perception information that the worker perceived when the worker executed the content of work; a determination reference acquisition unit for acquiring the reference of determination of the worker who executed the content of work; an analysis unit for analyzing the relation between the acquired content of work, perception information, and reference of determination; and a growth information generation unit for generating growth information for growing a growth target worker based on the analyzed relation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
