The present application discloses a methylation marker of the DLEC1 gene promoter for predicting the prognosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. For personalized cancer treatment, a prerequisite is the discovery of prognostic markers that accurately predict the prognosis of the disease. In this respect, the DLCE1 methylation marker according to the present application is a prognostic marker for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and improvement of quality of life through selection of therapeutic agents including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and immunotherapy, treatment method, differentiation of therapeutic activity, etc. In terms of prevention, etc., it can be usefully used in the development of personalized treatment methods according to prognostic characteristics.
