The server computer delegates / deauthorizes to the provisioned network using a client-server architecture orchestration solution. Program code instructions include a UI for remote management of a server computer that provides access to data managed by the server computer, a web-based API that supports a service-oriented architecture (SOA), an orchestration solution, and A web-based API is used to instruct the server computer to implement network management logic that dynamically allocates and releases networks. In an alternative embodiment, the network management logic cooperates with the software defined network controller SDNC to delegate / delegate to the network. The physical embodiment may implement either or both of SOA based and SDN based.
