FIELD: data processing equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a head-mounted display (HMD). The display (100) contains a camera (101) capable of capturing video of a real-world scene with a first field of view (FOV) (111), a network interface circuit (102) capable of streaming video to a receiving display device (140), and a processing tool (103) acting to form a 3D model of a real-world scene and form a video from a 3D model using a second field of view (FoV) that is wider than the first FoV (111). The processing tool (103) additionally acts to evaluate the movement of the camera (101) and stream the generated video to the receiving display device (140) if the estimated movement of the camera (101) meets one or more conditions indicating rapid movement, otherwise to stream the captured video to the receiving display device (140). ;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the display for remote control. ;15 cl, 7 dwg
