Provided is a mixed powder for all-solid-state lithium ion batteries, said mixed powder comprising a positive electrode active material for lithium ion batteries and a solid electrolyte, wherein: the positive electrode active material for lithium ion batteries is composed of particles containing crystals of lithium metal composite oxide; the lithium metal composite oxide has a layered structure and also contains at least Li and a transition metal; the particle size distribution of the positive electrode active material for lithium ion batteries satisfies expression (1); and the particle size distribution of the solid electrolyte satisfies expression (2). Expression (1): (D90 - D10)/D50 ≤ 1.5Expression (2): (D90 - D10)/D50 ≤ 2.0
