Disclosed are a TBM-mounted advanced geological forecasting system and method based on tunnel face gas monitoring. A first gas conveying pipeline (2) comprises a plurality of branch pipelines (2a), bearings (2b) and a main pipeline (2c), with the head ends of the branch pipelines (2a) being connected to gas inlet devices, and the branch pipelines (2a) being connected to the main pipeline (2c) by means of the bearings (2b); a gas filtering membrane is arranged in each of the plurality of gas inlet devices; the tail end of the main pipeline (2c) of the first gas conveying pipeline is connected to a gas inlet of a gas filtering device (3); a gas outlet of the gas filtering device is connected to the head end of a second gas conveying pipeline (5); the tail end of the second gas conveying pipeline (5) is provided with a gas pump (6); the gas pump (6) is connected to a gas collection box (8); the gas collection box comprises a gas storage area and a wire area, and a tail portion of the gas collection box (8) is connected to a gas measuring instrument (17), with the gas measuring instrument (17) being used for detecting gas in the gas storage area; and two sides of the gas storage area are connected to gas conveying pipelines (9), and the tail ends of the gas conveying pipelines (9) are connected to a tail gas processing device (12). The changing conditions of the gas content of a tunnel face can thus be quickly and directly monitored.
