摘要

A gas sensitivity and chromatography multi-information fusion and flavor substance on-site test and analysis method for an electronic nose instrument. The electronic nose instrument comprises a gas sensor array module (I), a capillary gas chromatography column module (II), a gas automatic headspace sampling module (III), a computer control and analysis module (IV), an automatic headspace sampling lifting device (V), a high-capacity headspace volatile gas generation module (VI), and auxiliary gas sources (VII-1, VII-2). The electronic nose instrument tests multiple samples to establish big data of odor and subjects same to normalization and fusion preprocessing, and a machine learning cascade model realizes on-site identification of food, seasoning, flavors and paraffins, and quantitative prediction of odor quality levels and multi-component concentrations by means of learning.
