The present invention addresses the problem of providing a space staging determination method, program, space staging determination system, and space staging management system that are capable of improving the effects obtained by using a target space. The space staging determination method includes an acquisition step (S11), an estimation step (S12), and a determination step (S13). The acquisition step (S11) involves acquiring space information pertaining to a target space and including behavior information related to the behavior of a person present in the target space. The estimation step (S12) involves estimating the activity state of the person in the target space on the basis of the space information. The determination step (S13) includes content determination processing for determining, on the basis of the estimation result, the content of staging processing to be carried out by a space staging system for stimulating at least one of the five senses of the person within the target space.
