A service design device (101) receives a selection of a plurality of APIs. The service design device (101) identifies the calling sequence relationship between APIs included in the selected plurality of APIs, on the basis of information about the specifications and/or usage history of each API of the plurality of APIs. On the basis of the identified calling sequence relationship between APIs, the service design device (101) determines the execution order of the plurality of APIs. For example, the service design device (101) determines an order in which APIs that have a calling sequence relationship are executed in accordance with that relationship. Further, the service design device (101) determines an order in which APIs that have no calling sequence relationship are executed in parallel.
