The present invention provides a method for optimizing an analysis model on hardware linking the CAD system 10 and the lightweight model visualization system 20: generating a three-dimensional lightweight model with the lightweight model visualization system 20 (S10) ; determining whether it is necessary to search for an external model in the lightweight model (S20); performing verification and correction if necessary to search the external model (S30); and converting the external model into an analysis model (S40) when it is unnecessary to search for the external model. Accordingly, by providing an optimized 3D analysis model in the shipbuilding/offshore design process, it is effective to shorten the period required for analysis work and to reduce the cost of remodeling the analysis model separately.
