The present invention relates to an optical cable having a sound sensing loose tube and a temperature sensing loose tube at the same time to sense a sound change and a temperature change, and the optical cable according to the present invention includes: a central tension line; an acoustic sensing loose tube in which a single-mode optical fiber of two or more cores for sensing an acoustic change using Rayleigh scattering is embedded in a loose tube form; a temperature sensing loose tube in which a multi-mode optical fiber of two or more cores for sensing temperature change using Raman scattering is embedded in a loose tube form; an inner sheath surrounding the central tension line, the acoustic sensing loose tube and the temperature sensing loose tube; an iron wire sheath disposed outside the inner sheath; and an outer sheath surrounding the wire sheath.
