A message transmission method based on a network routing protocol that allows delay using message copy restriction checks whether there is a message to be delivered by exchanging a summary vector (SV) containing message information stored with each other when a node contacts a contact node. to do; Recording information including the ID and DupC value of the corresponding message to the contact node in order to share information on the duplication count (hereinafter referred to as DupC) value of the message for a message that is not duplicated between the node and the contact node ; comparing the DupC value with an average message copy number (hereinafter, AvgDupC) value of the corresponding message when the DupC value is smaller than a preset DupC threshold value; when the DupC value is smaller than the AvgDupC value, generating a relaxed delivery prediction rate by decreasing a delivery prediction rate value of the node for the corresponding message by a preset relaxation value (delta); and when the forwarding prediction rate of the contact node is greater than the relaxed forwarding prediction rate, copying the corresponding message and transmitting the message to the contacting node. Accordingly, more efficient message delivery is possible by improving the PRoPHET routing protocol.
