According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the construction design information management device connected to one or more project participant terminals, manages the project participant information corresponding to one or more of the project participant terminals, and is accessed by one or more of the project participant terminals and a control unit for forming a block chain network for information sharing including a block chain node corresponding to each of the business participant terminals; an information processing unit that receives individual record information related to construction or design of a facility from at least one of the project participant terminals, and generates integrated construction design information by using the individual record information; a memory that stores the generated integrated construction design information and is connected to the information sharing block chain network; and an information output unit for providing the integrated construction design information to the project participant terminal through the information sharing blockchain network is provided.
