To provide an apparatus for managing MBR plant that can formulate an appropriate cleaning time even when a non-stationary situation occurs and avoid an excess stock of cleaning solution.SOLUTION: The management apparatus 20 for an MBR plant using a membrane separation apparatus, comprises: a water treatment facility information receiving unit 21 that receives, from management terminals 11 to 1n for managing operation information of a water treatment system in which the membrane separation apparatus is installed, the operation information and cleaning chemical solution stock information transmitted through a communication medium; a transmembrane differential pressure predicting unit 23 that predicts transition in a transmembrane differential pressure of the water treatment system on the basis of the operation information; and a chemical solution cleaning plan formulation unit 24 for formulating a chemical solution cleaning plan so as to perform chemical solution cleaning before time when a value or a rate of change of the transmembrane differential pressure predicted by the transmembrane differential pressure predicting unit reaches a set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
