To forecast a wind-direction and a wind-speed at any point in a site under construction.SOLUTION: A wind environment forecasting method in a construction site sets up a wind observation reference point in the premise of a construction site, and stores measurement data of a wind direction and a wind speed in the past along with date information, performs a fluid analysis at a boundary area including the construction site according to a construction phase of a building, and forecasts the wind direction and the wind speed at the wind observation reference point after the predetermined time elapses from any date and time based on data of the wind direction and the wind speed measured at the wind observation reference point at given date and time, the data of the wind direction and the wind speed in the past measured at the wind observation reference point, weather forecast information of an area closest to the construction site. The wind direction data at given date and time which is a fluid analysis result corresponding to the forecast wind direction is defined as the forecast wind direction, and the wind speed is defined as the forecast wind speed at any each point after the predetermined time elapses from the given date and time by multiplying a ratio of the wind observation reference point to any point by the forecast wind speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
