To provide an analysis supporting system and a communication distribution supporting system for danger prediction activity to construction work in civil engineering or construction sites which is useful for the analysis of measure directivity of safety management, capable of increasing the accuracy by using the analysis result and supporting the work, and facilitating the communication and publicity.SOLUTION: A database 10 in which activity data of danger prediction activity (KY activity) is accumulated, comprises: an analysis data region X in which a dangerous issue and a measure issue are accumulated by a main portable terminal 11, which is used for the analysis of the KY activity; a data accumulation region Y in which all activity data by the main portable terminal is accumulated; and a management data region Z in which management data of the KY activity by an administrative terminal device 12 is accumulated. The main portable terminal uses only an access to read out the dangerous issue and the measure issue from the analysis data region, and uses the access for creating and browsing to the data accumulation region. The administrative terminal device uses the access for compilation to all data of the KY activity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
