摘要

The described invention comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic agent, wherein the therapeutic agent (1) reduces tumor growth, migration, invasion or a combination thereof relative to the control, and (2) a subject The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition that is effective in improving the survival rate of the drug compared to the control. The described invention additionally relates to a method of treating a subject having a tumor, the method comprising (1) preparing a pharmaceutical composition and (2) administering the pharmaceutical composition. The composition includes a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic agent effective to reduce tumor growth, migration, invasion, or a combination thereof. The method can further include preparing a therapeutic agent and preparing a pharmaceutical composition. The therapeutic agent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a Wnt5a derivative peptide, a Wnt5a antagonist, or a Wnt5a blocking antibody. A tumor contains a population of cancer stem cells. [Selection] Figure 1
