By controlling at least one of the switching frequency of the switching element (S) and the duty ratio indicating the on period of the switching element, the voltage across the switching element can be increased by the resonant circuits (L0, C0) in the off state of the switching element. The delay time from when the zero voltage is reached until the switching element is turned on is secured, and the switching element is turned on within the delay time.
