A present invention relates to an operating method of operating a system for providing an intelligent home education big data platform according to an embodiment comprises collecting questions about home education input through a mobile device, analyzing the collected questions into at least one question pattern, comparing the analyzed question pattern with a pre-stored big data, determining whether answer information corresponding to the question pattern is recorded in the pre-stored big data, generating survey result information by performing survey corresponding to the question pattern by pre-registered member, generating expert mentoring information corresponding to the question pattern by experts employed by an operator, replying the generated crawling information, survey result information, or the generated expert mentoring information to the mobile device, and matching the generated crawling information, or the generated expert mentoring information with the collected questions to process to be learned to the big data.
