To complete data statistical processing by using much less resources and much less power consumption in a circuit module for data statistics or a device for data statistics.SOLUTION: A circuit unit for data statistics comprises a first register REG1 and a second register REG2, therein when a first control terminal Val_c receives an effective control signal, data received via the first input terminal Val_i are stored in the first register, and when a second control terminal Cnt_c receives the effective control signal, data received via a second input terminal Cnt_i are stored in the second register, and when a third control terminal Inc_c receives the effective control signal, a value of the data stored in the second register are increased only by 1. A circuit module for data statistics comprises one or more circuit units for data statistics.
