NUCLEOSIDE HYDROLASE INHIBITOR, COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAME FOR INHIBITING TOXICITY OF PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISM, METHOD FOR INHIBITING TOXICITY OF PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISM, USING SAME, AND A METHOD FOR SCREENING NUCLEOSIDE HYDROLASE INHIBITOR
The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting toxicity of a pathogenic microorganism, a composition for prevention or treatment of pathogenic microorganism infection, a composition for control of a plant disease, each composition comprising a nucleoside hydrolase inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for inhibiting toxicity of a pathogenic microorganism, a method for control of a plant disease, and a method for screening a nucleoside hydrolase inhibitor, each method comprising a step of applying the composition. The nucleoside hydrolase inhibitor according to the present invention is able to inhibit a pathogen, that is, toxicity of a pathogenic microorganism, or to convert a pathogen exhibiting pathogenicity into a symbiont exhibiting non-pathogenicity and, as such, can be applied to a composition for inhibiting toxicity of pathogenic microorganisms, a composition for preventing or treating infection of a pathogenic microorganism, and a composition for controlling a plant disease in such a manner that each composition comprises the inhibitor, and to a method for inhibiting toxicity of a pathogenic microorganism and a method for controlling a plant disease in such a manner that each method comprises treatment with the composition. The mechanism according to the present invention can be applied to a method for screening a nucleoside hydrolase inhibitor.
