Disclosed is a percutaneous renal puncture dilatation kit, comprising a puncture needle (1), a fascia dilator (3), a balloon dilator (2) and a working sheath (4), wherein the puncture needle (1) comprises a needle sheath (12) and a needle core (11); the needle sheath (12) has an inner diameter that allows the needle core (11) to pass through same, and the needle core (11) can pass through the needle sheath (12) in a separable manner, such that the needle core (11) and the needle sheath (12), when not separated, can puncture a target position together, and after the puncture is completed, the needle core (11) can be separated and removed from the needle sheath (12); the needle sheath (12) has an outer diameter that matches the inner diameter of the fascia dilator (3), such that the fascia dilator (3) can be sleeved over the outer wall of the needle sheath (12) at a target position and can move along the outer wall of the needle sheath (12); and the outer diameter of the needle sheath (12) also matches the inner diameter of the balloon dilator (2), such that the balloon dilator (2) can be sleeved over the outer wall of the needle sheath (12) at the target position and can move to the target position along the outer wall of the needle sheath (12). A usage method of the kit and a corresponding operation assembly are further disclosed.
