The present invention relates to a reagent kit for measuring a glycated albumin ratio and a method for measuring a glycated albumin ratio by using same, whereby diagnosis can be made of the presence or absence of diabetes mellitus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a reagent kit for measuring a glycated albumin ratio, comprising an albumin antibody-conjugated gold nanoparticle and a dye-conjugated boronic acid derivative, and a method for measuring a glycated albumin ratio by using same. The reagent kit for measuring a glycated albumin ratio of the present invention comprises: (a) an albumin detection particle conjugated with an albumin antibody binding specifically to albumin; and (b) a boronic derivative conjugated with a dye for specifically detecting glycated albumin. The reagent kit for measuring a glycated albumin ratio according to the present invention comprises "an albumin-detecting particle conjugated with an albumin antibody binding specifically to whole albumin" and "a boronic acid derivative conjugated with a dye for binding specifically to glycated albumin" and as such, can individually measure levels of samples by detecting signals of respective dyes for the samples, without interfering with the intrinsic absorption wavelength of each dye, whereby blood glycated albumin ratios can be easily calculated.
