FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to urology. A longitudinal incision of the bladder neck (BN) is performed at the XII o'clock position. Sutures are applied laterally from the incision, sewn to the wall of the bladder. The mucous membrane with the underlying scar tissue of the BN is then excised only in the area of stenosis from the V to the VII o'clock powition. The above excision is therein performed until uninterrupted insertion of the Foley 24 Fr catheter into the bladder. The formed graft of the buccal mucosa is sewn into the BN defect using a monofilament biodegradable suturing material 3/0. The longitudinal incision at the XII o'clock position of the BN is sutured in the transverse direction.;EFFECT: improves visualisation of the site of suturing of the graft of the buccal mucosa and reduces the trauma rate in the area of stenosis, providing a possibility of increasing the convenience and reliability of suturing the graft, reducing the trauma rate of the operation, thereby reducing the risk of hyperplastic processes in the bladder neck.;1 cl, 1 ex
