Technical construction for the temporary swiveling out of a solar cell module system for the generation of electricity in the open air (in the further description the usual term "photovoltaics" or PV panels is used), so that the otherwise permanent shading by the PV panels on the same place on the ground is prevented and this enables normal growth of plants of all kinds with simultaneous, unrestricted full electricity production.
