The present application relates to a comprehensive energy system planning method based on safety region identification, which belongs to the technical field of comprehensive energy system planning. The method comprises: firstly establishing a matrix model of an energy conversion relationship of a comprehensive energy system, and describing the comprehensive energy system in a unified and standardized manner; calculating and obtaining a comprehensive energy system safety region taking multi-energy coupling into consideration on the basis of the matrix model; and analyzing the on-load capacities of comprehensive energy system planning schemes on the basis of the safety region, and then selecting the scheme with the optimal on-load capacity. By means of the present application, the unified modeling of a comprehensive energy system safety region can be realized; a standardized method is used to identify the comprehensive energy system safety region, which has a fast calculation efficiency and a high identification precision, and can obtain an analytical identification resu and by means of applying the safety region obtained by means of identification, a comprehensive energy system planning result with the optimal on-load capacity can be obtained.
