Problem to be solved: to provide a construction method of a building without reducing the strength of the mounting jig and to reduce the strength of the fixture and to provide a reinforcing structure of the building and a column base body.The reinforcing structure 10 of the building 1 comprises a beam column joint 8, a first pillar 2, and a damper brace 6.The first pillar 2 has a column base 20 and an upper pillar 30.The column base body 20 includes a column winding plate 22, a gusset plate 24, a concrete portion 26 of a precast concrete structure, a plurality of first through holes 264 and a second through hole 266.The upper pillar body is a precast concrete structure integrally formed with the column base body 20 in which a plurality of reinforcing bars 80 projecting from the upper face 260 passing through the first through hole 264 in the lower portion of the column leg body 20 and projecting from the upper surface 260 are formed.One end of the damper brace 6 is joined to the gusset plate 24.The column base body 20 and the beam column joint 8 are integrated with the filler.Diagram
