PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neural network analysis device, a neural network analysis method and a program which facilitates interpretation of a trained model while suppressing a decrease in prediction accuracy. The neural network analysis device of the embodiment has a node used index pattern acquisition unit and a clustering unit. The node used index pattern acquisition unit is a value indicating the degree to which the node of the neural network is used according to the input to the input layer. The node used index is the node used index of each node of the input layer, the intermediate layer, and the output layer of the neural network. The node usage index pattern, which is the information indicating the above, is acquired for each test data input to the trained model represented by the neural network to be analyzed, which is the neural network to be analyzed. The clustering unit clusters the test data and the node used index pattern based on the node used index pattern acquired by the node used index pattern acquisition unit. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
