PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately balance risks among institutions and people involved in fund procurement. SOLUTION: A financial intermediary device is an initial stage of a monetary claim transfer condition, which is a condition for transferring a monetary claim related to a fund-raising institution delivering funds to a fund-raising institution from the fund-raising institution to a fund management institution. When the conditions are retained, the initial conditions of the monetary claim transfer conditions are sent to the fund raising institution terminal and the fund management institution terminal, and the amendment instruction of the monetary claim transfer conditions is received from either the fund raising institution terminal or the fund management institution terminal. The monetary claim transfer condition amended based on the amendment instruction is sent to the other of the fund raising institution terminal or the fund management institution terminal, and the approval notice, the denial notice, or the amendment instruction of the monetary claim transfer condition is received again from the other. When a notification indicating that the monetary claim transfer conditions have been approved is received from both the fund raising institution terminal and the fund management institution terminal, the approved monetary claim transfer conditions are finalized.
