The freight port management system includes an acquisition means (51) for acquiring a delivery destination of a freight transported by an unmanned aerial vehicle entering a facility having a plurality of freight ports for receiving the freight and a plurality of delivery destinations, and the unmanned aerial vehicle. Port selection means (55) for selecting a freight port from the plurality of freight ports to which the unmanned aerial vehicle delivers the freight, and the unmanned aerial vehicle, based on the delivery destination of the freight. Includes a guiding means (57) that transmits information to guide the selected cargo port to the unmanned aerial vehicle.
