The present invention relates to an offshore floating wind power generator, and an offshore floating wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a hub, and a rotor unit including a plurality of blades coupled to and rotated by the hub; a turbine unit having a through hole formed therein, coupled to the rotor unit, and including one or more generators to which rotation of the plurality of blades is transmitted to generate power; a tower part disposed to pass through the through hole and supporting the turbine part; and a floating body portion supporting the tower portion by forming buoyancy, wherein the turbine portion may be configured to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the tower portion disposed to penetrate through the through hole. According to the present invention, when a danger occurs, such as when a typhoon or a glacier is adjacent as the turbine unit is coupled to descend from the tower unit, the center of gravity of the offshore floating wind turbine can be lowered, so that it can be quickly avoided.
