Disclosed is a connecting rod synchronous unplugging and plugging mechanism, comprising a turnover connecting rod arranged on the surface of a jig housing in a turnover manner, a synchronous connecting rod fixedly connected to a rod body of the turnover connecting rod, and a plurality of clamping claws connected to the synchronous connecting rod and used for clamping corresponding connectors respectively to apply a force for unplugging and plugging in a rotating manner. The outer edge of each clamping claw is provided with a clamping groove used for clamping the connector, and the surface of each clamping claw is provided with a rotation center hole used for matching a centering pin reserved on the jig housing. Therefore, when the turnover connecting rod performs a turnover motion, the synchronous connecting rod simultaneously drives the clamping claws to perform synchronous rotation movement with the respective rotation center holes as the rotation axes, thereby enabling the clamping claws to synchronously complete unplugging and plugging operations of the respective corresponding connectors, reducing the labor amount and the labor cost of workers, and improving the operation efficiency. Disclosed is a connector auxiliary unplugging and plugging jig which has the above beneficial effects.
