Disclosed are a hydraulic fracturing simulation experiment device and an experiment method. The experiment device comprises a housing (1) and a seepage ring (2) arranged inside the housing (1), wherein a core cavity (3) for placing a core sample therein is provided inside of the seepage ring (2); a seepage channel (4), which is in communication with the core cavity (3), is provided in the seepage ring (2); at least one simulation shaft (5) which can be inserted into the core sample is arranged in the core cavity (3); fracturing fluid is injected into the core sample through the simulation shaft (5); and seepage fluid is injected into the core sample through the seepage channel (4) of the seepage ring (2). The experimental method comprises: placing a core sample into the core cavity (3); injecting fracturing fluid into the core sample through the simulation shaft (5), and performing primary fracturing on the core sample; injecting seepage liquid into the core sample through the seepage channel (4) of the seepage ring (2); and injecting the fracturing fluid into the core sample through the simulation shaft (5) and performing secondary fracturing on the core sample. The fracturing process and the seepage process are combined, such that the dual effects of seepage and fracturing are achieved, and experiment data of repeated fracturing is more accurate.
