Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a help-seeking information transmitting method and apparatus, a help-seeking information responding method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The embodiments of the present application can comprise: receiving a help-seeking instruction; according to the help-seeking instruction, transmitting a help request message to an instant messaging client of at least one user who is asked for help, wherein the help request message is used for being displayed on a session page of the instant messaging client, and the session page is used for the at least one user who is asked for help to perform a messaging session; and collecting the help-seeking content of a help-seeking user in real time, and synchronizing the help-seeking content to the session page.
