An ultrasonic elastography method (1300), an ultrasonic dispersion measurement method (100, 800, 900, 1200) and device (1000, 1100), and a storage medium. The ultrasonic dispersion measurement method (100, 800, 900, 1200) comprises: controlling an ultrasonic probe (1010) to transmit a first ultrasonic wave to a target object, receiving an echo of the first ultrasonic wave, and acquiring a first ultrasonic echo signal (S110); generating a first ultrasonic image on the basis of the first ultrasonic echo signal and acquiring a region of interest on the first ultrasonic image (S120); controlling the ultrasonic probe (1010) to transmit a second ultrasonic wave to the region of interest for use in generating shear wave propagation in the region of interest (S130); controlling the ultrasonic probe (1010) to transmit a third ultrasonic wave to the region of interest, receiving an echo of the third ultrasonic wave, and acquiring a third ultrasonic echo signal (S140); acquiring shear wave information of the region of interest on the basis of the third ultrasonic echo signal (S150); and extracting at least two shear wave signals that have different frequency components from within the shear wave information, and acquiring and displaying shear wave dispersion results on the basis of respective propagation speeds of the at least two shear wave signals that have different frequency components (S160).
