A business management consulting system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a management information collection unit that collects business information including corporate financial information from a client terminal and a financial information providing server, and a company from the client terminal and the intellectual property information providing server. An IP information collection unit that collects the status information of intellectual property rights possessed by the company, a data storage unit that stores the data collected by the management information collection unit and the IP information collection unit, and based on the collected management information and the status information of the intellectual property rights and a consulting information generating unit that generates consulting information and transmits it to the client terminal, wherein the consulting information includes financial information and intellectual property status information of the client terminal-side company and competitors so far.
