To provide a technique for accurately and rapidly evaluating a legal document while clarifying the point.SOLUTION: The method for evaluating a legal sentence equipped in a computer includes: an input step (SQ101) in which a server terminal receives an input of a legal sentence from a user terminal; a reading step SQ102 in which evaluation range information related to the evaluation range of the legal sentence and the evaluation rule of the legal sentence are read; an evaluation step SQ104 in which the range of the legal sentence which corresponds to at least the evaluation range information is evaluated on the basis of the evaluation rule; a step SQ108 in which a modification plan is generated on the basis of the evaluation; and an output step S110 in which the result is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
