A storage cell with analog content that can be addressed contains a customization line, a high side and a low side.The high side encodes a high limit for a range of values and contains a first storage device with three connections.The first three-connection storage device contains a first gate, which sets a high voltage limit of the first three-connection storage device.In particular, an input voltage applied to the first gate of the first storage device, if higher than the high voltage limit, switches the first storage device ONE,unloading the compliance line.Similarly, the low side encodes a lower limit for a range of values and includes a second three-connection storage device.The second three-connection storage device contains a second gate, which sets a lower voltage limit of the second three-connection storage device.In particular, an input voltage applied to the second gate of the second storage device, if lower than the lower voltage limit, switches the first storage device ONE, thereby discharging the matching line.
