The present invention relates to a gold transaction operation system and method, and more specifically, gold code is coded so that real gold can be uniquely identified in grams (g) without gold division rather than trading real gold through gold division in advance. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a gold transaction management system and method using gold coding that can quickly and conveniently support gold transactions without gold division in gold transactions. To this end, the present invention provides a gold supplier terminal for requesting a unique identification code in units of grams (g) from real gold; a gold encoding server for generating a unique identification code in units of grams (g) of gold in response to a request for a unique identification code from the gold supplier terminal; a purchaser terminal for purchasing gold based on the unique identification code generated from the gold encoding server; and a gold splitter terminal for requesting supply of real gold to the gold supplier terminal in response to the unique identification code transmitted by the purchaser terminal.
