The present invention relates to a toss device for football practice that allows a football practicer to conveniently practice an attack technique by automatically lifting a football. Its configuration is a frame; a ball seating part installed in front of the frame and providing a space where the ball is placed; a striking lever disposed at the lower side of the ball seating part, the rear end being disposed at the rear of the frame, and rotatably installed in the frame by a rotation shaft protruding laterally from the center; a rotational driving unit installed on the frame and configured to rotate the front end of the striking lever to the lower side of the ball seat by lifting the rear end of the striking lever during operation; and a lever return means connected to the striking lever and allowing the striking lever to hit the lower part of the ball placed in the ball seating portion upward by returning the front end of the striking lever rotated to the lower side of the ball seating portion by the rotary driving unit.
